Overview

FC-F10S provides superior dispersing power compared to conventional dispersant and it is a .highly effective dispersant in cement slurries to improve the flow properties of the slurry, reduce hydraulic horsepower requirements, and allow removal of the mixing water resulting in a more dense cement slurry.

• lFC-F10S is a type of dispersant composed of aldehyde ketone condensation compound and polycarboxylic acid. It can significantly reduce the consistency of cement slurry, increase the fluidity and improve the fluidity of cement slurry, thus helping to improve cementing quality, reduce construction pump pressure and accelerate cementing speed.
• lFC-F10S has good versatility and can be used in a variety of cement slurry systems, and has good compatibility with other additives.
• lFC-F10S is applicable to a wide range of temperatures, and its high temperature resistance reaches 180℃, without affecting the strength development of set cement.

Dispersant

Dispersants, also known as friction reducers, are used extensively in cement slurries to improve the rheological properties that relate to the flow behavior of the slurry. It is generally agreed that the dispersants minimize or prevent flocculation of cement particles, because the dispersant adsorbs onto the hydration cement particle, causing the particle surfaces to be negatively charged and repel each other. Water that otherwise would have been entrained in the flocculated system also becomes available to further lubricate the slurry.
